By the Reference letter, the NRC determined the performance at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Unit 1, to be in the Regulatory Response Column of the Regulatory Oversight Program Action Matrix beginning the First Quarter of 2023. The NRC also therein notified TVA of its plan to perform an additional inspection after TVA notifies the NRC of TVAs readiness. This letter serves to notify the NRC of TVAs readiness for the NRC to schedule the inspection.
