Written Comments RE: Clinton Power Station License Renewal Docket Number: NRC-2024-0046

I am Curt Nettles, superintendent of Clinton CUSD 15. I have been with CUSD 15 for 9 years, and I have been involved with staff from the station for various reasons over these 9 years.

Those reasons include the following:

- Our high schools use of the Clinton Lake for our bass fishing team

- The companys generosity in being an investor in our CEO (creating entrepreneurial opportunities) program

- Helping to train our key personnel in the event of an emergency at the station

- Tax agreements for the property taxes levied and paid which means approximately $8 million per year for CUSD 15

Since Constellation has taken over, we have seen an increase in staff involvement and participation. Knowing that they are a big player in our financial structure, it is gratifying that constellation takes an interest in what we are doing and, in some cases, partners with us.

Thank for your consideration of my comments.
