We are officially transmitting to you the attached emergency procedures, which inve been informally transmitted to your Messrs. Kubeckie and Wilson for their review. These emergency procedures identify that during an emergency, there is a clear dedicated channel available for emergency comunications.
If you have any coments or questions on these procedures, please notify me or Mr. R.W. Prados of cur Licensing Subgroup.
