The enclosed Functional Recovery Tecnnical Guideline completes the Waterford 3 Procedures Generation Package (PGP) submittal under Supplement 1 to NUREG 0737. We wish to commend the Procedures and Systems Review Branch, particularly Messrs. Clifford and Goodman, for their timely assis-tance in this effort.
We are currently addressing your comments on previous PGP submittals. Upon receipt of comments for the present submittal we expect to provide you with a revised PGP incorporating resolution to all comments received.
