PirrMAN, PoTTs & TROWBRIDGE a pamTHEftSette OF pmOFESSsONAL CompORAT80NS Administrative Judges Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel Page Two July 8, 1982 Licensee does, however, object to the request for a Board ruling in Decade's July 5, 1982 letter to the Board with respect to waiver of a party's right to withdraw in-formation submitted under a protective order, following an appeal overturning the protective order, where an approval has issued based on the information. The Board was correct in deferring judgment on that matter. The outcome of such a question, should it be presented, could very well-turn on the specific facts of the case. The issue has not arisen, and therefore is not ripe for adjudication.
