NUCLEAR PROJECT N0. 2 WNP-2 EMERGENCY PLAN IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES, SUBMITTAL 0F 10CFR50 Appendix E, Section V requires detailed implementing procedures for the emergency plan to be submitted 180 days prior to issuance of an operating license. Accordingly, attached are the implementing procedures, with exception of EPIP 13.1.1, " Classification of Emergency", which will be submitted by March 15, 1983. As directed by final rule dated November 29, 1982, two copies are forwarded to NRC Region V and two copies to NRR.
