Pursuant to 10CFR Part 50.90, Boston Edison Company hereby proposes the following modification to Facility Operating License No. DPR-35, Appendix A.                The proposed modification is described in the Attachment to this letter.
This proposed modification should be treated as the second segment of a total of seven submittals addressing the fire protection issue. In accordance with our request in Reference A, we are requesting that a single amendment be issued upon satisfactory review of all our submittals. To facilitate your review, our final submittal will include all of the previous submittals on this issue, in effect, t
submitting completely revised Technical Specification Section 3/4.12 LC0's and l      Surveillances.
