Pursuant tc 10 CFR 50.90, the Boston Edison Company hereby proposes the attached modifications to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-35. This submittal represents the final component of the changes committed to in the May 13, 1983 letter f rom Mr. W. D. Harrington to Mr. D. B. Vassallo.
It was our intention to submit a consolidation of our previous submittals with this package. We have, however, determined that further changes to the sub-packages may be desirable, and we wish to submit a consolidatior, which incorporates all such improvements. We believe that our previous sub-packages will not significantly change, and that they can therefore be used as an aid in your review. We will submit the final package March 31, 1984.
We also stated in past correspondence that the fee for this change would accompany the final submittal. Instead, we intend to incorporate the fee into a larger payment for several changes. That payment will be sent under a separate cover letter in the near future. Our final Fire Protection submittal will reference that letter for payment.
