Location: Teleconference Category: This is a Partially Closed meeting. Certain portions of this meeting will be closed to the public because the staff has determined that the information (is proprietary in nature, contains safeguards information, etc.).

Purpose:

This meeting is a public videoconference and teleconference to discuss the application of the Commission Policy Statement, Education for Senior Reactor Operators and Shift Supervisors at Nuclear Power Plants; Policy Statement. Specifically, the NRC and industry representatives will discuss the goal of a diverse mixture of education and experience among operators. After a discussion between NRC and industry representatives and a public comment period, the meeting will be closed for a proprietary discussion.
