Location:            Webinar Category:            This is an Information Meeting with a Question and Answer Session. The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

Discuss the proposed effective date of the draft final rule for Fitness for Duty Drug Testing Requirements. This meeting will provide a summary of substantive public comments received on the proposed rule that would result in changes to the final rule.
This meeting will also provide an opportunity for the NRC staff to obtain feedback from members of the public on the effective date of the final rule as it pertains to the cumulative effects of regulation.
Attendees are strongly encouraged to read the Federal Register notice for the Fitness for Duty Drug Testing Requirements proposed rule published on September 16, 2019 (84 FR 48759), available at www.federalregister.gov or www.regulations.gov using Docket ID NRC-2009-0225, prior to the meeting.
