Dear Mr. Jensen:
l This letter is in response to your letter dated July 16,1996, regarding custom registration of the Husman 520,521, and 521a irradiators, and to our telephone conversation on September 25, 1 1996. In our phone conversation, you informed me that the information submitted in support of the custom evaluation was out of date, specifically that J.L. Shepherd had made some changes to the shield plug that USDA had been unaware of at the time of your submission. You had indicated that you would provide this information as soon as it was available from J.L.
Shepherd.
To date we have not received any additionalinformation. Please respond within 30 (thirty) days of the date of this letter, providing sufficient information to allow a complete review.
If we do not receive complete information within 30 (thirty) days of this letter, we will be unable to keep your request in an open status, and will consider your application for registration of the previously listed sources and devices as having been abandoned by you. This action would be without prejudice to the resubmission of a complete application. We will keep copies of your application on file for a period of one year from the date of this letter, during which, you may resubmit your application in its entirety without incurring additional fees. Upon receipt of your resubmission, we will reenter your request into the system.
