In a telephone cc,nversation between David Meyer and you on November 13, 1985, you agreed to accept a nonproprietary version of the successful proposal. The proposal you requested, as described on the enclosed Appendix, is now available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in file F0IA-85-720 under your name.
Also enclosed is a copy of a notice which explains the procedures and charges for obtaining records from the PDR.
