REVIEW 0F DRAFT COMMISSION PAPER ON TABLE S-3 FINAL RULE We have reviewed the subject Comission Paper on Final Rule 10 CFR 51, Appendix B, Explanatory Narrative for Table S-3, " Table of Uranium Fuel Cycle Environmental Data." We concur with your recommendation that the rulemaking be dropped until such time that Table S-3 may be needed for evaluating new reactor license appli-cations and until information is available to allow radon-222 and technetium-99 to be added to Table S-3 and covered in the narrative explanation.
