In accordance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix E Part V and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5)(iii), please find the following EPIP and RERP changes enclosed for the Document Control Desk (holder of Copy 165) and the NRC Region IV Administrator (holoer of copies 154, 155 and 156).
Please return the attached receipt confirmation forms using the enclosed pre-addressed envelopes by July 13, 1997.

The map was also revised to indicate the placement of 161kV and 345kV towers.
RERP Section J Page 25/26 was reissued to provide information that was inadvertently omitted from Page 25 during its original issue.
