Our March 18, 1986 letter (ICAN038604) committed to providing revisions to the Abnormal Transient Operating Guidelines (ATOGs). The revisions to the
                  " Backup Cooling" tab of the AT0Gs, incorporating the ICC Monitoring System, s            are given as Attachment 1.
The revisions are submitted for NRC review and approval.          Subsequent to NRC approval, revisions to the station E0P and Operating Procedures.will be made based,on these AT0Gs.
