Dear Mr. Impink:

On July 10,1998, Pamela Henderson and Penny A. Lanzisera of this office conducted a safety inspection at Greensburg, Pennsylvania. The inspection was limited to a review of your possession of generally licensed signs containing Tritium (Hydrogen-3). The findings of the

' Manager at the conclusion of the inspection. ' Additional information provided in your letters dated September 16 and October 13,1998, your facsimiles dated July 20 and September 3,1998 and February 1 and 3,1999 and in telephone conversations on July 1,
