Preservice Inspection Plan - Revision 04 Delete Revision 03 and insert Revision 04, with the following exceptions:  .
Appendix "A"    - Color-coded P&ID's in Revision 03 will be retained in Revision 04.
There    have          been no changes made in this Appendix.                              .
Appendix "G" - Reactor Pressure Vessel examinations in Revision will be retained in Appendix "G-1" of 03
* Revision 04.
This revision to the Preservice Inspection Plan has been made to incorporate    changes      that    were made after empleting preservice examinations on piping, cmponents, and supports prior to the N-5 Forms sign-off. These changes reflect typographical errors, weld changes, and terminology to express empletion of preservice examinations prior to the N-5 Forms sign-off. Any further preservice examinations performed, resulting frm the Repair and Replacement Program, will be incorporated                                                      ,
in the Inservice Inspection Plan.
