SSD TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE REQUEST:
l SAFETY LIGHT CORPORATION l CONTROL NO. - 109601 LICENSE NO. 00030-09G .
1 in response to your technical assistance request dated August 14,1997, for the need of a SSD review associated with Safety Light Corporation's license application, we have completed the action. Safety Light's application and your TAR concemed a request for approval of 13 devices (identified by 6 model numbers), listed on registration certificate NR-0579-D-112-G as approved for distribution as aircraft safety lights pursuant to 10 CFR 32.53, to authorize distribution to persons generally licensed pursuant to l 10 CFR 32.51. However, based on a request from Safety Light Corp. dated November 19,1997, to no longer continue with the review, the action has been voided.
Therefore, registration certificate NR-0579-D-112-G has not been amended and no further action is planned to evaluate models 602,604,616,758-14,758-B, and 758-D for distribution to persons generally licensed under 10 CFR 31.5. l if you have any questions, please contact me at 415-5847 or Mr. Steven Baggett at 415-7273.
