| I am responding to your {{letter dated|date=March 22, 2021|text=letter dated March 22, 2021}}, which requested that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approve Truck Route No. 266. Route No. 266 is used for transporting spent nuclear fuel.

| The NRC has reviewed your application and concluded that the information you provided dated March 22, 2021, with supplemental information provided on June 1, 2021, satisfies the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 73.37. This letter constitutes approval. The approved route is designated as Truck Route No. 266 and will expire June 30, 2026. The NRC expects your periodic review and update of the emergency telephone numbers associated with this route. Changes to emergency contact numbers do not qualify as a route deviation or change.
