Haddam Neck Plant Revision 16 to the Physical Security Plan Pursuant      to  10CFR50.54(p),    Connecticut            Yankee        Atomic      Power Company (CYAPCO) hereby submits Revision 16 to the Physical Security Plan for the Haddam Neck Plant.                    An explanation of the change is provided as Attachment 1.              The revision to the plan is provided as Attachment 2.
The CYAPCO Plant Operations Review Committee has evaluated this revision pursuant to 10CFR50.54(p) and has determined that it does not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.
Pursuant      to    10CFR73.21(b),    the    Physical            Security          Plan      is considered safeguards information, and as such, CYAPCO requests that the enclosed proposed changes be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(a).
