Enclosed please find Reportable Occurrence Report Number R0 82-26/03L-2 for Quad-Cities Nuclear Power Station.
This report is submitted to you in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.6.B.2.b; conditions leading to operation in a degraded mode permitted by a limiting condition of operation.
Revision I of Reportable Occurrence Report, R0 82-26/03L-1, provided a summary of all Local Leak Rate Test failures and corrective actions. A special Technical Specification change to DPR-29 permitted unit startup with the Main Steam Line Drain Valve, M0-1-220-1, omitted from the total Containment leakage. In compliance with the special Technical Specifica-tion change, this valve has now been restored to an operability status.
