For your information, on July 29, 1986, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania (Harrisburg Division) (Rambo, J.) granted the motion of one of our clients for suppression of information in the possession of the Commission. However, the order vas issued under seal and served only on us, Mr. Goldberg and Mr. West.
We, therefore, have concluded that we should provida only Mr. Goldberg with a copy of the order and allow him to advise the appropriate persons in the Commission of its contents, as he feels is appropriate. In light of the position taken by the NBC Staff before the Board, I believe that no further action by the Board on this issue is necessary at this time.

Dear Sirs:
I have also read the entirety of the order to Mr.
Goldberg and Ms. Wagner of the Commission Staff this morning.
Very truly yours, Michael F. McBride cc (w/ encl. ) : Jack R. Goldberg, Esq.
