: 1.        One      (1)    original and thirty-seven (37) copie.= of an Application for Amendment to the above operating Licenses to incorporate        the chanqcs    recommended in accordance with Generic Letter 87-09        to more  cicarly define the intent and resolve          impicmentation      problems      associated        with specifications 3.0.4, 4.0.3 and 4.0.4.
Th!;    change    was  reviewed by the OSC and ORC and determined to be safe        and  does  not    involve an unreviewed safety question.
: 2.        Thirty-eight (38) copics of documents designated Attachments A,    B    and    C which  setforth the change in Technical Specifications, the safety analysis and the no significant hazards evaluation.
A    check in the amount of $150.00 is attached as payment of the license amendment application fee in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
