This is in response to your letter dated March 4, 1985, in which you requested,        l pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), documents and references used to establish industry averages in NUREG-1110 and the total manhours expended for each Technical Assignment Control (TAC) item as identified in the condensed management report of NUREG-0748.
I have been informed by the staff that there are twelve figures associated with NUREG-1110 and all analysis is based upon these twelve figures. The references used to establish industry averages for each figure are listed on the enclosed appendix. This material is available in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
In response to category two of your request,a copy of the computer printout identified below is also being placed in the PDR:
