This is in response to your letter dated May 30, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Infonnation Act (F0IA), a copy of the document referenced at number 23 on page 41 of NUREG/CR-3781.
The NRC has no document subject to your request. The NRC staff provided the              4 following infonnation to me.
