We have received the enclosed Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) correspondence dated February 7,1997 transmitting the FEMA evaluation report for the i November 13,1996 Emergency Preparedness Exercise at Clinton, j No deficiencies were observed, however, two Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) i were identified. FEMA' Region V will monitor the status of corrective actions.

We fully recognize that any corrective actions to be implemented may involve parties and

, political institutions which are not under your direct control. Nonetheless, we expect that l assistance, if appropriate, will be extended. i
