In accordance with the requirements of Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Technical Specification 5.6.10, Southern Nuclear Operating Company submits this report of the number of steam generator (SG) tubes plugged during the Unit 2 tenth maintenance/refueling outage (2R10).
As a result of the SG tube inservice inspections completed on May 8, 2004, a total of eleven (11) tubes were plugged. One tube was plugged in SG No. 1, five tubes were plugged in SG No. 2 of which two tubes were pulled for future evaluation with their SG openings plugged, three tubes were plugged in SG No. 3, and two tubes were plugged in SG No. 4.
