Jim Noggle has requested a meeting between NRC and Entergy for Wednesday, October 19th, 2005, to discuss the follows:

Attendees:

ENTERGY: Chris English, Jim Peters, T.R. Jones, Don Leach NRC: Jim Noggle, Jim Kottan, Bob Bores, Richard Codell GZA: Matthew Barvenik (GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., Senior Principal Hydrologist)

LOCATION: NRC Resident's Office Conference Room (88' Elevation) 1000 - 1100 Discussion between GZA and NRC on hydrology.

• This should be the same discussion GZA had with Jim Noggle on Tuesday Oct 11th, 2005.

• Discussion should include any thoughts we have on where the tritium in MW-1i1 came from and where it is going.

• What is included in phase one and phase two of the GZA Action Plan?

1100 - 1400 Discussion between NRC and Entergy (Chris English and Jim Peters) on the leakage from the Unit 1 Pools.

• Discussion including historical update from 1994 to present. In 1994 the NRC was of the understanding that 75% of the Unit 1 Pool water was going to the Sphere Foundation and 25% was going to the North Curtain Drain. Currently all of the Unit 1 Pool water is going to the North Curtain Drain. The NRC would like to know what has happened since 1994 to route all of the water to the North Curtain Drain.

• Presentation on inventory in all Unit 1 Pools before and after we raised the water level.

• Understanding of where all Unit 1 SFP leakage inventory is going.
