VTVYS1 05000271 LER 82-10/3L EVENT DESCRIPTION AND PROBABLE CONSEQUENCES on 5/13/82, the A RHRSW breaker tripped free when the pump was started.
Alternate testing began per T. S. 4.5.C.2. The breaker was replaced with a spare and tested satisfactorily. On 5/17/82, normal' breaker was reinstal-led and tested satisfactorily. On 5/27/82, the breaker again tripped free on pump start. Alternate testing began per T. S. 4.5.C.2. A spare breaker was installed and tested satisfactorily. Due to the availability of redundant equipment, there were no consequences to the health and safety of the public.
Previous events were reported as LER 81-37/3L and 81-15/3L.
