Dear Mr. Morris :

Our evaluation of the application of the Toledo Edison Company and the Cleveland Elcetric Illuminating Ccmpany for a construction permic and facility license :c operate a pressurized water nuclear reactor in Ottawa County, Ohic, has been completed.

Although there are two National Register properties in the vicinity, they are located sufficiently far away from the proposed facility that it would not adversely affect them.

As a result, the Council has no cer.:nent to make on the proposal.
