ANSWER OF THE CITY OF CLEVELAND TO APPLICANTS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME On March 24, 1977, Applicants requested an enlargement of time until April 14, 1977 to file their brief on exceptions. It is not clear from Applicants' motion whether it was intended that the date for filing briefs in support of the City of Cleveland's (City) exceptions would also be moved to April 14, 1977 and that the dates for all briefs opposing exceptions and the dates for all reply briefs be enlarged by ten days. That is what the City understood Applicants' motion would request when it stated that it would not oppose Applicants' motion. If the motion is construed in the
