The following is a proposed sequence of witnesses to be examined by counsel for TMIA. The dates for each witness are, of course, subject to change due to variations in the amount of time needed per witness. However, the order is firm, although certain sections can be adjusted as circum-stances dictate. We would hope that such problems can be worked out amicably among the parties.
