This letter is to inform you that effective May 29, 2016, through September 3, 2016, Mr. Shaun Anderson has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Acting Chief for Plant Licensing IV-2 and Decommissioning Transition Branch, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.

Mr. Anderson assumes all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously held by Ms. Meena K. Khanna for Cooper Nuclear Station.
