This is to confirm our verbal report to Mr. E. Swanson, NRC Region III Inspector, at 1000 hours0.0116 days <br />0.278 hours <br />0.00165 weeks <br />3.805e-4 months <br /> on March 31, 1981. At that time we reported that during an eighteen month surveillance on the Unit II2 Spray Addi-tive Tank it was discovered that the low level alarm contacts were wired backwards precluding the low level alarm from annunciating.

A followup report will be submitted by April 13, 1981, as required by Technical Specification Section 6. 9. 1.8.
