Dear Mr. Denton:

In the Matter of the Docket Nos. 50-259 Tennessee Valley Authority 50-260 50-296 As you are aware, TVA began submitting integr ated schedules for Browns Ferry on October 28, 1981. This was the culmination of efforts that began in our first meeting with your staff (D. G. Eisenhut, et al.) on this subject on May 29, 1980; We have now submitted five integrated schedules to you up through our July 18, 1983 submittal.

In recent discussions with your staff, we expressed our desire to have the Browns Ferry Integrated Schedule incorporated into our operating license.

This was discussed in our May 23, 1984 meeting with G. Lainas and others of your staff.

Accordingly, we hereby request that the Browns Ferry Integrated Schedule be incorporated into the operating license. We will work with your staff in determining the exact wording of the license amendment. We will be happy to meet wit;h your staff on this subject at your convenience.

Enclosed is a check for the $ 150 amendment fee required by 10 CFR Part 170. 12.
