Af ter receiving reams of paperwork. . . consul ting. with experienced and know legab le interveners around the country. . . studying the Interveners' Handbook. ..and being driven to the end of our tether

. . . it has been made crysta l clear to us. that we --- the very peop le with the most at stake --- have had the deck stacked -aginst us. -

At least we have the small consolation - and great hor'ror - in knowing
