We appreciate the opportunity to review Docket No. SIN 50-437, Part III, Final Environmental Statement, related to canufacture of floating nuclear power plants by offshore power systems.
Our office functions under Federal authorities related to soil, water, and related resources of an inshore nature. Your docket speaks primarily to offshore and near shore sites.
Until site specific decisions involve inshore considerations, we have no subs tantive comments.
