Dear Peter:

At the Gerber deposition on Friday, February 8, I stated on the record that, at the hearing in the above docket, the Central and South West Companies presently intend to call the following persons as fact witnesses:

James A. Bruggeman Durwood Chalker Martin E. Fate, Jr.

(Public Service Co. of Oklahoma)

G. Ilolman King William C. Price John W. Turk, Jr.

(Southwestern Electric Power Co.)

This latter is the written confirmation I promised to provide on Friday.

In addition, it is likely that we shall call as adverse witnesses certain employees of IILP and the TU Companies, such as Mr. Don D. Jordan and Mr. T. Louis Austin.
