CORRECTION TO LICENSEE'S INITIAL OBJECTIONS TO THE SECOND SET OF INTERROGATORIES FROM STEVEN C. SHOLLY On February 8, 1980, Licensee filed its initial objec-tions to the second set of interrogatories from Steven C. Sholly.  !

Included therein were objections "to all but the last (of Mr.

Sholly's Security Plan interrogatories] because the interroga-tories are outside the scope of Mr. Sholly's Contention No. 16

• • *" (p. 1). In reviewing that filing Licensee recently dis-covered that the further explanation of its objection to Inter-

• rogatory 16-004 was inadvertently omitted. Licensee therefore '

corrects its earlier filing by adding the following:

Interrogatory 16-004. This interrogatory, like Inter- ,

rogatory 16-003, relates to the qualifications for security ,

guards and not to security issues posed by Unit 2 decontamination and restoration work. Licensee therefore objects. ,
