Arkansas Power S Light Company Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 Docket No. 50-313 License No. DPR-51 Report Concerning Diel Changes In Impingement Levels Gentlemen:

On October 6,1975, we requested from you an extension on the date of impicmentation of those changes as contained in Amendment No. 3 to Facility License DPR-51 from October 1,1975 to October 31, 19 75. This request was granted based on meeting the intent of Specification 6.3 by collecting six (6) months data for evaluation (i.e., collecting data from November 1,1975 to May 1,1976 vice the October 1,1975 to April 1,1976 dates given in the specification) . It is our interpretation of this ex-tension that the report date of June 1,1976 as presented in Specification 6.3 is subject to the same extension (i.e., the new report date will be -

July 1, 1976). Please indicate your concurrence with this interpretation. ,
