Dear Jim:
Enclosed is a copy of our complete documentation for license renewal, except for one additional submittal that will be supplied in a couple of months. You will note on pages 3,10 and 18 of Appendix A, Technical Specifications that a few specific parameters are shown as " reserved'.'
These specifications are still being developed by us and we will supply the missing data to the Technical Specification and the amendment to the Safety Analysis Report that will justify those specific parameters. .
We had sent you a Safety Anal; sis Report and Emergency Plan in Spring 1980. You can disregard that submittal since this document incorporates all the information required by the NRC for license renewal as we under- '
stand it.
