This will confirm the substance of telephone calls with you and Mr. Bonnetti on October 3, 1980.

Licensee has determined that the work request summaries, TMIA proposed exhibits 1-7, contain inaccuracies. . Licensee agreed to provide at the Discovery Reading Room, on October 7, as many of the 1100 or so work requests identified by TMIA as can be located and made available by that time. Licensee will continue to search for any of the 1100 not located by October 7 and make those available for TMIA as they are located. On October 10, 1980, TMIA will apprise Licensee of all corrections it intends to make to its proposed exhibits 1-7, based on its review of the work requests and comparison with those exhibits.

It was agreed that Mr. D. Wise rather than Mr. D.L.

Huff should appear to testify on proposed budget cuts in 1979.

Accordingly, TMIA will request that the Board quash or withdraw the subpoena previously issued to Mr. Huff and issue a subpoena 9'f 801 014g p f G
