This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Ms. Olga Hanek of your staff and myself of this office on September 8, 2006, concerning a Regulatory Meeting (Category One) which has been scheduled for October 10, 2006, at 10:00 (DST) a.m. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Turkey Point Unit 3 loss of residual heat removal event, and is being conducted at your request.
