it's an expected reaction - - the issues associated with the event are likely symptomatic of the performance issues we've been discussing over the last couple years wrt Hope Creek and Salem.

Although the event istroubling, it does not appear, to have been highly safety significant; the safety systems worked and overall risk iscurrently estimated inthe mid-E-6 range, below what would typically trigger an AIT. we are doing a special inspection.
