I believe the NRC's commitment to providing website access for public participation in these proceedings via website access or teleconferencing is not sufficient given the importance of this subject matter. The purpose of this public meeting is to seek comments on the proposed rule on the Summary of Findings .on National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Issues for License Renewal of Nuclear Power Plants and the draft revision of Generic Environmental Impact Statement (GEIS) for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants. The currently planned September 22, 2009 Commission meeting in Westlake Village does not adequately serve my constituents. | ||
