Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56. This Amendment requests various changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications.
Specifically, the Amendment requests changes in the listing of shock suppressors in Table 3.11.D.1 (Unit 2), changes to Section 6.5.2.8 to clarify the language relating to facility audits and a change to the required discharge pressure of the high pressure service water pumps.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulation, I am enclosing a check dated December 29, 1978, payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $1,600 to cova- the filing fee for this Application.
