By letter dated June 24, 2016 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML16176A213), Omaha Public Power District (OPPD, the licensee) provided a certification of permanent cessation of power operations to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No. 1 (FCS).
