Neil Sheehan, The safety valve failure which caused the recent shutdown of Pilgrim was the same valve that failed a year ago. What are resident inspectors inspecting? Shouldn't they be making sure that safety features that are broken get fixed? Or was the valve fixed and failed again? | |||
