This letter responds to a request from the NRR Project Hanager for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant to provide updated information in a tabular format on the status of our Emergency Operations Facility.

Attachment 1 to this letter provides the information verbally transmitted to the NRC on November 24, 1982 and December 3, 1982, and contained in a narrative description in our submittals listed in the Attachment.

This document has been prepared following Corporate Procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
