Gentlemen:

Our letter of January 3,1979, on the above subject, transmitted the conceptual design of our ECCS Small Break Long-Term Modification.

In that letter, we stated that the manual globe valves used for throt-t1ing will be locked in the correct position.

Subsequent to that letter, your Mr. G. Vissing requested details as to the method of locking these globe valves. The attached sketch shows the typical locking tab we will be using to lock the valves in place.
